Parking at The Trusts Arena
There are over 300 car parks at the Arena. These are all available on a first come first served basis. There are specially reserved parks for mobility patrons (first come, first served), Arena Fitness Gym members and tenants of the Arena.
Paid parking will be implemented from Monday 23rd September 2024. Rates are $1.50 per hour, with a cap of $15 per day. Paid parking will be by a numberplate recognition system, with payments through debit or credit card only. There is a free 20 minute drop off/pick up period.
During some events, parking at the Arena can be limited or completely unavailable due to the unique requirements of each event. In some cases the hirer or exhibitor can hire out part or all of the car park for their event. Please contact the Arena to ask if parking will be available before attending your event and if there will be a fee.
There is also a drop-off and collection only zone at the front of the Arena for those displaying a valid Mobility Parking Permit or by prior arrangement with the venue, when parking in general has been restricted.
There is also some parking available at the Arena for large buses with a minimum of 39 seats, please call us on (09) 970-5200 prior to an event to book a space. These bus parks are also event dependent as described in more detail above.
Some parking is available in the surrounding areas and nearby streets. These are not owned or operated by the Trusts Arena and some charges may apply. Please be mindful of parking restrictions in certain areas as well as keeping business & residential driveways and access routes clear.
Traffic management and some road closures may be in place for certain events, please plan your journey in advance.
Other Facilities
Fully accessible toilets are located throughout the arena on both floors and patrons are directed to those by clear signage.

Event Parking Info
When attending an event at The Trusts Arena, event parking rates may differ from our standard parking rates.
Event parking is charged at a flat event-specific fee, rather than our standard hourly parking rate. The applicable parking fee will be clearly displayed on signage around the Arena on event day.
Where parking information is available in advance, the event parking price and details will also be included on the individual event page on our website.
Please check the event page before you arrive and look out for event parking signage when entering the Arena. Parking fees can vary between events, so please don’t rely on the standard $1.50 per hour rate when attending an event.
Accessibility
The Trusts Arena is committed to being an accessible and inclusive venue, and we aim to cater to the needs of all patrons. If you require assistance or have specific accessibility requirements for your visit, our team is here to help.
For accessibility assistance or to discuss your requirements before an event, please contact Reception by phone or email. Your request will be passed on to the Event Manager responsible for your event, who can work with you to ensure your needs are understood and accommodated wherever possible.
The main entrance to The Trusts Arena is located at 65 Central Park Drive, with access directly off Lincoln Road.
The car park has three potential entrances: Gates 2, 3 and 4. Gates 2 and 3 are open daily, while gate access may vary during events.
Once parked, or if arriving on foot, the main reception is located through Gate A.
During events, multiple entry points may be available at the front of the building, all of which provide accessible access. Lift access is available from the ground floor near Main Reception to the first floor of the Arena.
Gate B, located alongside the Box Office, provides priority access for wheelchair users and patrons with accessibility requirements. Gate B is open during selected events, so please check the event information or signage on arrival.
