Receptionist
We’re on the lookout for a Receptionist who’s ready to be the friendly face of The Trusts Arena! You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, helping with enquiries, bookings, and making sure everyone feels welcome the moment they walk through the door. No two days are the same – you’ll keep the front desk humming, lend a hand with admin tasks, and run our part-time café.

We currently have two exciting opportunities available: an Event Coordinator and an Event Manager. Whether you’re starting your career in events or ready to step into a leadership role, these positions are your chance to be part of one of New Zealand’s most vibrant and diverse venues.
