New Zealand is bringing the Davis Cup World Group I action to West Auckland this September, with The Trusts Arena set to host the international tie against Japan on 19 & 20 September 2026.
Known as the World Cup of Tennis, Davis Cup is one of the oldest and most prestigious international sporting competitions, featuring the best men’s teams from more than 150 nations.
Following a dramatic promotion campaign and February’s thrilling comeback victory over Bosnia & Herzegovina, the Kiwi team now faces one of world tennis’ strongest nations in what promises to be an unforgettable atmosphere.
Fans can expect two days of elite international tennis, featuring singles and doubles matches, passionate home support, and potentially one of the final appearances in New Zealand from Japanese tennis legend Kei Nishikori.
General admission tickets and courtside corporate hospitality details will be announced soon.
