Vendor Appilcation | Spooks & Sparks 2026

If you’d like to be considered as a vendor at Spooks & Sparks, please complete the application form.

If we require any additional details, a member of our team will be in touch. Otherwise, if you don’t hear from us, please know your application has been successfully received.

Due to high demand, not all applicants will be selected, but approved vendors will be contacted directly with next steps.

Applications close July 31st 2026.

Spooks & Sparks is a large-scale community event featuring vendors, food trucks, and brand activations.

Further event details (including final timings) will be confirmed with successful applicants.

• Vendors must arrange their own power (e.g. silent generators) for outdoor setups
• Wheelie bins are available for $30.00 each
• Set-up from 7:00am
• Event timings: TBC
• Pack-down must be completed at the end of the event
• Vendors cannot pack down early without approval from event management
• All sites must be left clean and as found
• Additional charges may apply for damage or spills (e.g. oil)

• Standard vendors: 15% of sales
• Brand activation spaces: refer to pricing outlined below

The following rates apply to vendors requiring larger spaces or brand activations (e.g. trucks, caravans, or large-scale setups):

Brand activation vendor spaces are available in the following sizes:

• Standard (3m x 3m – up to carpark size)
  $400 + GST per day
• Medium (3m x 6m – caravan/truck size)
  $550 + GST per day
• Large (6m x 6m)
  $750 + GST per day
