“It’s finished!, the roof renovation project started in July 2019 is finally completed with the last scaffolding down and the site cleared of contractors. After a two year process that was disrupted by Covid-19 we are very pleased to announce the completion of the project. This means that the arena is now looking forward to a secure future for many years to come. It has been a long road to get to this point and it would not have happened without the funding we received from Regional Facilities Auckland, TTCF, Foundation North and Lotteries Community Fund. Nor would it have been possible without the work behind the scenes of our board members and staff as well as the work on the ground by AS Jacobs and Canam Commercial. Finally, we are also of course grateful to the public for putting up with the disruption caused during the works”
