Purchasing Tickets to events at The Trusts Arena
Tickets can be purchased from the Venue. We are open the following hours

Can I purchase Tickets over the Phone?
Yes you can, by contacting the Arena direct, with a Credit Card we can process your transaction over the phone and have your tickets ready for you to collect when you arrive at the event. A service fee applies to phone sales, but its a great way to make sure you get your tickets. Alternatively you can buy tickets from www.ticketdirect.co.nz or by calling the TicketDirect call center 0800-4-TICKET
What if i'm collecting my Tickets at the event?
These are called "venue pickups" and are available from the Ticket windows two hours prior to the event start. be sure to get in early as these queues can get quite busy, or come down to the Arena before the event and our helpful team of staff can assist you. If you are collecting on the day, loookout for the window labelled "ticket collects"
